you how to catch pikablu :( but don't worry! i finally figured it out and im gonna tell you all now, so pay close attention!

• 1. get a game shark for your gameboy
• 2.enter the code 990190C
• 3. with the code enter, go to professor oaks lab.
• 4. (make sure you have mssingno for this part) give missingno a rare candy and proffesor oak will come out and say "(player name)! I have something important to give you! its the rarest pokemon ever! please take care of it." then he will give you a pikablu!
